Thalgo’s Super-Charge Your Retail Sales training program aims to help their clients reach their true retail revenue potential as well as adding new service skills to their teams.
The program is delivered by Ultimate Training Solutions (UTS), an established UK company specialising in sales, service and communication training. Noted for their ability to instill confidence in the teams they work with, to provide results, UTS Managing Director, Jaclyn Hughes, and her team are continually invited to train and present worldwide.
Jaclyn will take attendees through tried, tested and proven methods of working for success, as well as understanding the science of how the program works. The sessions will provide a greater understanding of predictive behavioural types, why people do things the way they do, key questioning skills and understanding how current beliefs are affecting your business. During the two-day program attendees will be given detailed information and processes to follow in order to implement the practical tools into their business.
