The Body Shaping treatment consists of the Body Shaping Cream and the Body Firming Gel. The therapist manually massages the products into the skin for 20 minutes, or alternatively can use a massage machine or similar.

A trial undertaken with 200 participants achieved impressive results. The results for waistline loss across three tape points, after the first treatment, ranged between 5-23 centimetres with 46% of people achieving 8-10 centimetres loss.
