Janssen wins SPA Diamond Award

Janssen Cosmetics has won the 2017 SPA Diamond Award for the Best Anti-Ageing skincare range.

Accepting the trophy at the ceremony in Berlin, Janssen managing director Ulrich Janssen said he was honoured to win the prestigious award ahead of the “130 well known competitors” which included the four finalists, Biodroga, Biotherm, Declaré, Maria Galland.

“We have just arrived from Vienna, where we celebrated our 20th anniversary with 150 customers from 58 countries,” he said.

“To win the SPA Diamond Award here in Berlin, in the competition with very strong brands, this is simply unbelievable.”

The company’s winning Platinum Care collection is made up of four products (a day cream, a night cream, serum and eye cream) which contain “the Platinum-MP-Complex of colloidal platinum, Matrixyl Synthe‘6  and Persian silk tree extract” as well as other “active substances” in “top-quality, velvety formulas”.

Frances Pirera, Janssen Cosmetics Australian representative and distributor, said she was excited about Platinum Care’s win.

“I am proud to represent the brand in Australia and be able to bring such an innovative product to market.

“The Platinum Care collection is the culmination of many years of development specifically in the anti-ageing area.”

The collection was launched in Australia this year.
