Last weekend, the Australian Beauty Industry Awards (ABIA) were held at The Star in Sydney where a slew of awards were distributed, including two for 2024 Salon of the Year.
Awards were presented to nominated industry members across all segments of the beauty industry. Winners were judged by an independent panel and announced on the night.
Bobbie Charles Skin & Cosmetic Clinic in West Village, QLD took home the gong for Australian Spa/Salon/Clinic of the Year – 5 Treatment Rooms or More. The clinic was founded by Danielle Renee.
The award for Australian Spa/Salon/Clinic of the Year – 4 Treatment Rooms or Less went to Luminary Melbourne in VIC. The business was founded by Nicolette Kocsi Goldberg.
Will Fennel emceed the ceremony, complimented by an introduction from Mocha Group CEO and founder, Linda Woodhead.
Attending industry guests enjoyed a lavish three-course dinner, followed by a celebratory after party.
2024 marked the 13th annual ABIA Awards. The annual event runs to coincide with Beauty Expo.
