Laser Express has announced it will commence what it calls “a national advertising initiative never before seen in the IPL/laser industry”.
In February 2009, the company will launch its “advantage pack”, a specially designed welcome pack for every client, consisting of special deals, referral program and incentives. Every advantage pack handed to a client having a treatment, gives the salon the opportunity to gain repeat business and three new clients for every client treated.
For example, if a salon has ten clients booked in for IPL treatments, Laser Express anticipates that this will give the salon the opportunity to get 30 new clients back, within two months.
In May 2009, Laser Express will also launch a national radio advertising campaign connected back to a centralised number, where clients simply text the word “laser” and their suburb to receive an SMS with the contact details of the nearest Laser Express salon and a special offer to attend that salon.
“We are launching this campaign in response to [demand from] over 200 of our associated salons in New South Wales and Queensland,” said Laser Express owner, Janine Treacy.
“Laser Express currently participates in local newspaper advertising for salons, SMS marketing, email marketing, direct mail via letterbox drops and personalised letters, to name a few, and we just wanted to reach as many clients as possible. We pay for and supply all the marketing/advertising to our salons, to help them get clients through the door.”
