The Australian College of Make-Up and Special Effects is offering 3-day beauty courses for those interested in special occasion makeup artistry.
Ideal for those currently in the beauty industry or seeking to start a career in specialised makeup artistry, this 3-day intensive course will equip students with the skills required for work in the bridal, celebrity or photographic sectors.
The topics covered include: face correction, tricks of the trade, understanding contouring, step-by-step makeup application, makeup for all ages and occasions, makeup products and tools knowledge, and health and hygiene.
All ACMUSE tutors are professional makeup artists with a minimum of 10 years industry experience.
Running over 3 days, each day contains a 7 hour session from 9:30-4:30. The cost is $750 and it includes an 18 piece brush set worth $250. All students will be given a Certificate of Achievement upon completion.
The next scheduled course is between June 23-25. Private bookings are available and times are flexible.
