Held at the stunning Sergeants’ Mess at Chowder Bay in Mosman, beauty therapists, key accounts and selected media gathered to celebrate the launch of Dermaviduals' new skincare range.

Managing directors of Dermaviduals, Reika Roberts and Simone Vescio welcomed guests with an introduction to their company. Dermaviduals is a German skincare company founded by Dr Hans Lautenschlaeger in 1994. Roberts and Vescio brought the Dermaviduals science back to Australia and trialed it on various skin conditions out of Vescio’s Sydney north shore salon.
Florence Barrett-Hill, an independent technical educator, spoke next. She talked about her extensive experience and research in skincare and her appreciation for the Dermaviduals brand.

Worldwide LED educator Jennifer Brodeur then spoke about developments in LED technology and training, and why Dermaviduals was a brand leader in skincare.
She stressed that Dermaviduals doesn’t believe in a blanket approach to skincare but realises that, like fingerprints, everyone has different skin.
Deborah Thomas, ACP Magazines’ general manager of media, public affairs and brand development, then took to the floor. She spoke about her skincare history, as well as the changing face of public relations and branding.

“I’m thrilled to support and use Dermaviduals. Each product contains only pure, active ingredients and is tailored to provide individual solutions for every skin type. This is bespoke skin care at its best, I’ve really noticed the difference,” said Thomas.
Overwhelmed by the success of the evening, Roberts and Vescio said, “We are thrilled that Deborah Thomas was able to address clients at our signature event for salons. Her strong media knowledge, wealth of experience and expertise of the beauty industry made it an informative evening for everyone there. The response to our event has been incredible.”
