The new nail lacquers in the Miss Universe by OPI limited-edition range is all about high-shine, glitter, and glam – just like the beauties themselves.
The collection features four shades packed with shimmer and sparkle. The colours were designed to reflect the energy of the Miss Universe 2011 competition, which will be held on September 12, 2011, in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
