ZING is now a franchise.

ZING is growing at a rapid rate and we need more coaches to meet the demand from salons all over Australia and New Zealand wanting to learn the ZING business smarts.
ZING teaches salon owners what to do, when to do it and more importantly WHY.
We believe that salon owners everywhere can have both a profitable business and a wonderful life if they learn the business smarts by following our proven ZING structure.
Salon owners who are serious about taking their business to a new level are realising they need an industry specific coach. A ZING business coach.
The franchise is delivered via training in three parts and three payments.
Total cost is AUD$39K which includes NLP practitioners training.
Phase 1
3 day training with Lisa.
Dates: May 16,17 & 18
Location: North Melbourne, Victoria
Phase 2
Training of sales and the first two units of our program.
This is a trial period where you will start with three salon accounts whilst under Lisa’s mentoring.
Phase 3
The remainder of the ZING training program with Lisa and the ZING senior coaches
Jay Chapman and Marie Drever.
You will need to have a minimum of two days per week to work on building your own franchise of the ZING brand. Establishing yourself is important to your future success.
ZING is looking for up to 10 coaches in this intake.
We need coaches in all capital cities of Australia and New Zealand.

STEP 1

Express your interest by way of an email introducing yourself, including your Facebook and Instagram references.

STEP 3
Start to gather the information required for your application.
1.Your CV.
Your CV should include your bullet point working history to date plus a cover letter that includes details about your passion and understanding of the importance of the business side of a salon.
2. Your Video.
Attach a 60 seconds-ish video ( filmed on your phone is fine ) introducing yourself to Lisa and the ZING team.
3. Your References.
At least one great reference. A former employer or manager would be great.
For those who are self-employed salon owners or product company reps/agents, consider a reference from a product company you have worked with or a salon that you stock?
It must be someone who can vouch for your professional behaviour.

STEP 4
All applicants will receive a response from Lisa.
Successful applicants will be invited into Phase 1 and will receive a recorded webinar with information about expectations and the cost of the franchise licence.
