Ultraceuticals celebrated its 20-year anniversary with a tribute dinner hosted by Vogue Australia at Sydney’s O Bar and Dining Room, drawing on the modern city architecture as the ultimate backdrop to mark the milestone within the Salon Privé Private Dining Room on level 47.
Five years after founder, Dr Heber was voted part of Vogue Australia’s Beauty A-Listers, Vogue Editor, Edwina McCann opened with a welcome speech and Q&A with Heber amongst an intimate gathering of beauty industry peers, including key Ultra salon partners, beauty media, influencers and personalities such as Deborah Hutton.
Guests dined on seared scallops, king salmon, Tinder Creek duckling, wagyu and kingfish, accompanied with an array of delicious desserts, sticky banana bread with espresso ice cream, hot passionfruit and milk chocolate bon-bon souffle and the chef’s cheese selection with compressed fruit.
The decadent evening signalled a fitting end to Ultraceuticals 20th year celebrations after a travelling roadshow in each city to celebrate the momentous milestone.
