Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna 2019, the leading B2B event for the cosmetic industry, is expecting over 2900 exhibitors and 250,000 professionals from over 170 countries this March.
The five-day event is divided into three key sectors:
Cosmopak 2019 – Thursday March 14 to Sunday March 17
Cosmopak is dedicated to the production chain of cosmetics – raw materials and ingredients, production for third parties, packaging, applicators, machinery, automation and full service solutions.
The show, which has experienced major growth in exhibitor numbers in recent years, will be held in pavilions 20, 15, 15A and 18 and part of hall 19 this year.
In hall 20, Cosmopack will present a new section dedicated to contract manufacturing and packaging, with an installation on the colours and materials of sustainability of 2021 in collaboration with WGSN.
In hall 19, the S.M.A.R.T. (Solution, Manufacturing, Automation, Research & Technology) area will showcase automation solutions presented by brands such as Axomatic, CMI Industries, Cosmatic, Coven, IDM Automation, IMA Group, Marchesini Group, Nastri-Tex, Omas Tecnosistemi, Tirelli, V2 Engineering and Vetraco. The hall will also host the seventh edition of The Cosmopack Factory project, which will present the production process of NO.CO. – NO COMPROMISE, a scalp oil made with environmentally-friendly ingredients and techniques.
Cosmo Perfumery & Cosmetics – Thursday March 14 to Sunday March 17
Cosmo Perfumery & Cosmetics showcases perfumes and cosmetics from around the world.
This year pavilions 16, 22, 26 and 19 will host the main exhibition while pavilion 21 will show the best of the green universe and hall 14 will host Cosmoprime.
Cosmoprime, dedicated to the future of perfumery, will pay special attention to sustainability: from companies with products for the retail channel with natural ingredients in Green Prime, to perfumery and prestige cosmetics proposals in the Extraordinary Gallery and green and organic beauty in the Extraordinary Green Gallery.
A new area, Zoom On Emerging Prime, will host first-time exhibitors at Cosmoprof that are bringing innovative proposals for the retail channel.
Cosmo Hair & Nail & Beauty Salon – Friday March 15 to Monday March 18
Cosmo Hair & Nail & Beauty Salon features exhibits from companies supplying products, equipment, furnishings and services for the professional world of hair, nails and aesthetics.
Halls 25, 31, 32, 35 and 37 will host the hair sector while pavilion 36 will feature nail exhibitors and pavilions 28, 29 and 30 will be filled with beauty salon and spa exhibitors.
