Mentor Management’s Sharyn Raiti has a new series of business workshops coming up in May. Training dates are planned for Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
Raiti (pictured) will deliver the latest news in boosting sales with Powerbooking, along with business basics and vital information to keep you and your business moving forward.
The Understanding Industry Benchmarks workshop topics include:
– Do you know your current business breakeven?
– Are you setting targets and achieving them?
– How much are you spending on wages?
– Do you know your wages to income? And what is the benchmark to keep your business profitable?
– Do you know each therapist’s hourly productivity and what it should be? Are they motivated?
– Are you on track with your expected increase or are you in-line with last year?
– Are you selling in Mother’s Day and other gift vouchers?
– How much retail has been sold – are you increasing or treading water?
This workshop will run from 9.30am to 12.30pm.
Powerbooking Sales and Opportunity Workshop:
The four hour Powerbooking workshop focuses on not only how to fill appointment gaps, but how to push beyond your expectations using forward planning as your driver. Every attendee will be included in Powerbooking activities to fully understand the sales tool. The workshop aims to boost sales and increase motivation.
This workshop will run from 1.30 to 5.30pm.
