Working closely with local TAFE colleges, feedback from tutors and students has shown that there is an enormous benefit to students when they’re shown how products are formulated, manufactured and packaged.
By viewing and understanding the processes involved in production, there is a much greater recall when it came time to espouse the benefits back in the salon and a greater understanding of the products was gained overall.
Recently Natural Look played hosts to technicians from Indonesian distributor Hero Multi Trading.
The technicians (Sutri and Euis) underwent an intensive two-day course. One day was spent with Master Colour Technician, Antonietta Taverna learning the finer points of Luminart Professional Colour Cream.
The second day was spent with Natural Look educator Jeannette Taverna, covering all aspects of the Natural Look beauty range, including paraffin treatments, depilatory waxing, pedicures, manicures, Immaculate Skincare, Summer Kiss sunless bronzing and Caflon ear piercing.

Some further time was spent with Nicole Nikoloudis who provided valuable insight on spa and beauty products sales techniques.
