Packserv’s new range of packaging machines, including the Four Head Automatic Filler for liquids and lotions, are effective and easy to operate.
The Four Head Automatic Filler has a fill range of 5mls to 5 litres, is easy to adjust and the controls are clearly marked making it user-friendly and easy to understand.
The portable filler is supported on castors, eliminating the need for the machine to be fixed or bolted onto existing production lines.
The Four Head Automatic Filler can simply be rolled to the production line and is ready to use. All parts are easy to dissemble and no tools are required. Other features include fast running speed of up to 60 units per minute, pneumatic operation and ‘bottom up fill.’
The Automatic Twin Filling machine is even more versatile than the Four Head and is easily adapted to suit a broader range of applications within minutes.
Packserv claim that the features that set the Automatic Twin Filler apart from many other machines is its various intake methods including hopper and t-inlet for overhead tanks, its suitability for hot fills up to 90 degrees and its ability to handle pastes and thick, slow moving products.
Other features include its very fast speed of over 60 units per minute and quick change over of parts. In addition it is also portable, pneumatic and has ‘bottom up fill’ capabilities.
New on the fleet is the Asset Packaging Machines AV3 Volumetric Filler with ‘‘bottom up fill,’ which takes technology from automated filling machines and translates it into bench top size.
The Asset Packaging Machines AV3 Volumetric Filler is perfect for products that froth or layer and fold, and it can also be conveyor mounted.
