Cynosure Australia partners with FourTwelve Entertainment to launch a new six-part Australian cosmetic surgery reality TV series that unveils transformed brides and grooms on their wedding day.
FourTwelve (412) Entertainment, (the creators of last year’s successful TV series Changing Faces) and leading aesthetic laser and light-based technologies company Cynosure have announced they will be co-producing six-part reality television series, Unveiled, where brides and grooms are transformed for their big day.
Unveiled will follow the journey of six Australian couples in the lead-up to their wedding day as they undertake a mix of surgical and non-surgical procedures in an effort to look their best.
With over 80 US patents and distribution in over 131 countries, Cynosure is well equipped to demonstrate the latest non-surgical treatment options available. It will also show how pairing surgical procedures with non-surgical treatments can reap real cosmetic benefits.
“This is an international first for Cynosure,” says Dennis Cronje, MD of Cynosure Australia. “Our range of products naturally integrate into a story based television platform, allowing viewers and consumers to follow the procedures and journey in a powerful and engaging way.”
Add the fact that the series follows the lead-up to one of the most important days in a person’s life, and we have a recipe for TV heaven.
“You can’t imagine a more emotional and exciting premise for a show than one that mixes the emotions of the lead up to a wedding day, and the jeopardy of a cosmetic transformation,” says 412 CEO, Alex Alexander. “Two people who have committed to each other, walking down the aisle, to see a new and improved version – it’s the ultimate reveal!”.
Dr. Zacharia, specialist ENT and facial surgeon, the consulting surgeon along with aesthetic dentist Dr David Penn on Changing Faces (Style channel, 2015), is set to make a return to this new 412 Entertainment series using surgical and non-surgical techniques to achieve a natural-looking outcome for the betrothed couples.
Unveiled has been picked up by NBC Universal, home of E! and Style and the series will be promoted and featured exclusively on Foxtel and Fetch TV in Australia and New Zealand in the first quarter of 2017.

I absolutely love this idea to begin a life as husband and wife as the person you feel you are on the inside being reflected on the outside. I was just watching a show called “Skin tight” that follows the journeys of people who have undergone major weight loss undergoing the extreme skin removal surgeries to give them the bodies they have fought so hard to get. I was wondering if anything like this was being looked at in Australia? or where to look if there is? As someone who has been overweight her entire life and last February underwent Gastric sleeve surgery I have seen both sides of the coin and now deal with being trapped in a body that reminds me everyday of the damage I did to myself with my bad food choices. I started at 150.5kg and am currently 79kg I have begun to explore my next stops of having skin removal but even with private health it is sadly out of our reach to do and the public wait is over 6 years .. I was wondering if you had delved into the WL (weight loss) community both surgically assisted and self achieved? there are so many of us who would love to be a part of documenting the process of finally achieving the bodies we have gone to hell and back to find but sadly are hindered by distance/finances. I would love to be apart of something like this is if it was being looked into.. thank you for giving people the ability to finally see a reflection of their inner being finally visible in a mirror xx well done.
