A first for the German skincare brand, BABOR’s new AGE ID makeup line blends a range of actives and the latest in flexible shade technology for impressive skin perfection.
German skincare brand BABOR has delved into the realm of makeup for the first time with its new line, AGE ID. Created in partnership with makeup artist Peter Schmidinger, this new makeup line, which goes into salons in September, boasts new textures and flexible shades to suit every individual skin type.
“A woman’s beauty begins the moment she begins to be herself,” says Peter Schmidinger, the mastermind behind the skin perfecting makeup line.
Blending the brand’s knowledge of good skincare with a sophisticated blend of active ingredients, this is this makeup at its most potent. Not only does skin look more polished, these formulations give wearers the double-whammy effect of long-term anti-ageing effects. Skin is said to look instantly lifted, more youthful and protected against free radicals thanks to polysaccharides, Lumicol (micro-algae), flavonoids and vitamins and glycoside Baicalin.
This range boasts six different foundations, including the AGE ID Serum Foundation, a power-house foundation, which boasts anti-ageing effects in a lightweight moisturising formulation. On the other end of the spectrum is the Mineral Powder Foundation, a loose lightweight powder which offers full coverage without perfumes or waxes. There are also highlighters, blushes, a Camouflage Cream and Camouflage Fixing Powder.
Good looking, good for skin. Win win.
