Caronlab Australia is proud to announce the formal recognition of the ethical and environmental standards on their manufacturing practices and products.

“We are thrilled to have gained Halal approval for our products,” said Lilliane Caron, owner and founder of Caronlab Australia, “this shows our customers we are a company that values and upholds high ethical standards.”
Caronlab Australia have also been accredited cruelty-free by Choose Cruelty Free, none of their products or ingredients have been tested on animals.
“Halal approval and cruelty-free accreditation are a natural progression for Caronlab Australia as we continue to seek to lead the beauty industry with their ethical and environmentally responsible practices,” said Lilliane.

Retraction: In an earlier version of this story, Professional Beauty incorrectly stated CaronLab were “the first waxing company in Australia” to receive Halal Certification. Upon further investigation is has been revealed that Lycon Cosmetics received Halal Certification in March of 2008 from the Australian Federation of Islamic Councils Inc. (note: Halal Certificates are subject to annual renewal), predating that of CaronLab who received Halal Certification from Halal Australia June 2013.
