Earlier in the year, Christina Cosmeceuticals USA’s national trainer Iris Safar held an intimate training workshop in California.
At the hands-on two-day training workshop, Iris shared some remarkable before and after imagery from a single FluorOxygen+C Facial. With an intimate session including 10 students, Iris talked about the FluorOxygen+ range and its ability to fight again hyperpigmentation, rejuvenation and overall skin health.
Proud of her brand’s education focus overseas, Matoyla Kollaras from Skin Factors (Australian distributor of Christina Cosmeceuticals) shares the same vision: “knowledge and skills development is vital to the health of organisations and so the onus is first and foremost on the owner to ensure staff attend training and education. Most importantly, ongoing training and education is an invaluable commodity that should be viewed as a business investment rather than expense”.
“Knowledge through education and training inspires, motivates, spawns ideas and innovation and ultimately – fuels success,” said Matoyla.
This is evident in the response to Iris’ workshops. Student Lauren Bunch said she felt inspired after the session to reach for the same level of professionalism and knowledge as Iris.
