The sun is up and the heat is soaring, Skinstitut will be running two hyperpigmentation classes to keep therapists informed during the Australian summer.
Just about everything you need to know about hyperpigmentation will be covered in these two seminars, ‘Causes & Clinic Treatments for Hyperpigmentation,’ being organised by Skinstitut.
One of the main concerns many people face when it comes to their skin is hyperpigmentation, says Skinstitut managing director, Fiona Tuck. “Removing these factors, or at least inhibiting the majority of them, can maximise treatment efficacy and client satisfaction. Fiona says the most effective way to treat hyperpigmentation is with a multi-pronged approach. Factors that may aggravate pigmentation include hormones, inflammation, stress, medications or poor nutrition.
The seminar program will explore how to recognise the different types of pigmentation, nutritional effects on pigmentation as well as treatment and product options that include microdermabrasion, chemical peels and skin needling,
The three-hour seminars, presented by Skinstitut corporate trainer, Jacinda van Drongelen, will be held on February 25 from 10am to 1pm and April 14, from 10am to 1pm at the Skinstitut head office, unit 32, 6-8 Herbert Street, St Leonards, Sydney.
Classes are complimentary for all Skinstitut stockists and potential stockists.
