Issada welcomes Jocelyn Hegarty and Rianna Schuh to the family.
Rianna Schuh
Rianna is a makeup superstar who has embraced her new role as Issada’s National Trainer and Creative Director. A true artist, Rianna is also an accomplished ballerina and qualified ballet coach, and the stage was where her love of makeup was born. Rianna’s natural artistic flair saw her complete a BA in Art History (Hons), and it was here studying famed fashion photographers like Guy Bourdain and Helmut Newton where her passion for makeup and creative collaborations was truly ignited.
Rianna has worked with Nars, Bobbi Brown and Stila before running her own freelance makeup business that saw her collaborate with major national cultural events like the Melbourne Cabaret Festival.
Rianna’s short time with Issada has already seen her conducting training and intensive masterclasses for salon staff from Issada’s 250+ stockists around Australia. When Rianna isn’t educating, she can be found leading the Issada Creative Team backstage at fashion shows for Camilla, Carla Zampatti, Easton Pearson and shooting lookbooks, or doing makeup for TV personalities.
Jocelyn Hegarty
Jocelyn joins the Issada team as Queensland’s Business Development Manager, as a respected beauty industry identity with 20 plus years of experience.
10 years as a beauty therapist and salon manager earlier in her career brought out Jocelyn’s nurturing side and gave her encyclopaedic ingredients knowledge, but most of all, it provided her the perfect foundation to truly relate to and understand her salon stockists’ businesses from the inside out.
Jocelyn can’t wait to take Issada’s most successful sales territory to new heights, and build long-lasting relationships with existing loyal Issada clients. She brings her passion for customer relationships and sales results and her positive and encouraging leadership style to the team at Issada.
