Make-Up Studio participated in The Divas Wear Red Race Day earlier in March as makeup partner.
Held on Saturday March 8 at the Endeavour Homes Pavilion in Morphettville Race Course, The Divas Wear Red Race Day is a charity event that supports Can Do Kids and The Epilepsy Centre. Make-Up Studio supported the event by supplying the 3rd prize for the raffle ($150 voucher) and a pamper bar on the day. Guests at the event were able to have their lipsticks touched up and receive mini-makeovers.
Make-Up Studio donated some of their profits from the pamper bar to the charities.
“Make-Up Studio Australia believe that it is important to try and contribute to the local community and for this reason we decided to volunteer our services. I see this as a win-win situation: we are helping someone in need and also gaining exposure for the brand that we are passionate for,” said Caroline Manuel, director of Make-Up Studio.
The Divas are a group of business women and volunteers who organise events in order to raise money for their charities. Make-Up Studio will be sponsoring two more future events: The Divas Melbourne Cup and Boys Day Out.
