Over 15,000 stylists across the globe use Xtreme Lashes and thousands of lash artists across Australia and New Zealand. Xtreme Lashes Australia was founded eight years ago by three sisters Fran Neal, Louise Weston and Cathy White.
Mothers Day marks eight years in business for sisters Fran Neal, Louise Weston and Cathy White and they say -"Bring it on!"
They decided to start the lash company after their cousin came home from overseas with eyelash extensions. They thought about formulating their own products then came across Xtreme Lashes which they felt couldn't be better. Deciding to become the Australian and New Zealand stockists, it took six months to get the company up and running, but all three sisters brought something different: Fran had been a hairdresser, Cathy had run Baker’s Delight and Louise had a marketing and magazine publishing background.
“We liked Xtreme Lashes for their morals and ethics,” says Louise. “Our Mantra is 'Beauty, Science and Safety' with founder Jo Mousselli investing over a million dollars and over a year in developing just one of our exclusive Xtreme adhesive's called Flex Fusion.
“Over the eight years we've seen many lash companies and products come and go. None can boast the unique product development over such a vast range of products as Xtreme. Many re-brand a generic label without product awareness or specialised training. We urge the consumer to do their homework when choosing a lash supplier. We've even gone so far as implementing our "Practice Safe Set's" campaign to ensure the consumer receives the safest and most effective lashes available. Our lash stylist directory lists those who have completed and passed our strict certification process.”
Highlights for the brand have been working at the Logies and with Fox FM Variety for Kids. They have also organised High Tea Parties and were proud to donate to families last Christmas. They have attended several lash conferences in Texas and one on advanced training techniques in Germany.
When it comes to education the brand offer complimentary refresher training and road shows for clients. They also have comprehensive online tutorials. They recognise prior learning but offer their own advanced training to ensure stockists meet their strict safety criteria.
The family will be celebrating their eight year anniversary together on Mothers Day and making a toast to their clients. They say clients can look forward to better value for money sets over the coming months with repackaged kits, as well as new product launches.
