Stylists and lash designers gathered in Melbourne on October 19 for an intimate evening with Jo Mousselli – Founder and President of Xtreme Lashes.
Mousselli had a relaxed and approachable demeanour as she took part in an inspirational interview with a personal flavour. She spoke of her journey to where she is today, which includes being recognised in USA’s WE Magazine for creating a business that empowers and enriches lives worldwide. Jo was also selected for inclusion in WE’s first ever Hall of Fame.
Mousselli (pictured left with Xtreme Lashes Australian
Training Director, Fran Neal), said she has seen her company expand from her home in Houston Texas and spread across the globe into over 50 countries. Xtreme Lashes currently has over 40 employees, 20 educators located nationwide and continues to create jobs to handle its explosive growth. In a little over three years, her company has trained over 10,000 health and beauty professionals internationally, empowering them with meaningful and profitable careers.
“Enriching lives and empowering women to feel beautiful about themselves is what drives me day to day,” Mousselli said.
The evening provided an opportunity for the directors of Xtreme Lashes Australia and New Zealand to thank their loyal clients, trainers and staff along with the creator of the company herself, Mousselli and the talented artistic director, Noor Daoudi (pictured here with South Australian Trainer Laura Henry in centre and Daoudi, right).
It was also revealed that Xtreme Lashes’ popular cosmetic range, which is specially formulated to work hand-in-hand with the lashes themselves, are a hit with clients and consumers alike, with retail sales going “through the roof”.
