Orly Professional Nail Care will participate in a few shows at Rosemount Australian Fashion Week (RAFW), running from May 3 to May 7, 2010.
The brand is sponsoring Karla Spetic’s Spring/Summer 2010/11 concept show on Wednesday May 5, at the Overseas Passenger Terminal (OPT), and will also participate in the TAFE and Swim group shows.
With an exhibitor stand in the Emerge new designer showcase at OPT, Orly will host manicures and launch its new season Sweet collection of nail colours (pictured).
ORLY’s RAFW Creative Director, Fiona Hay is looking forward to the collaboration.
“I am so proud to be on board. I am endlessly inspired by the incredible range of colours and treatment products I have to offer my clients. It is also reassuring as a professional nail technician, that my clients and I are not exposed to harmful ingredients such as formaldehyde, toluene and DBP… and the quality of the products is not compromised.”
Nicole Holmes, Director of Orly distributors Altman Sales & Distributors, said:
“Orly was founded on the partnership of nails and fashion and Orly is honoured to continue this partnership with our involvement in Australian Rosemount Fashion Week. We will be launching our 2010 Spring Collection Sweet, a delicious collection of vibrant pastels that are right on trend for Spring 2010.
“We are thrilled also to be sponsoring Karla Spetic’s show, an amazing designer whose designs and innovations with colour and texture are truly aligned with Orly’s position as a renowned colour house and nail innovator. Fiona Hay has developed some incredible custom blends and effects that will be truly spectacular. Fiona is a very exciting addition to the Orly team in Australia and we are blown away by her experience and creativity. We can’t wait for RAFW and for everyone to meet Fiona and be part of all the exciting things ORLY has going on.”
