Professional Beauty Solution’s 2019 roadshow will begin visiting cities around Australia next week.
The roadshow, “a full day of business education packed with practical growth strategies to help salons increase profitability and take their business to the next level”, will begin in Brisbane on July 29 before heading to Perth (August 5), Melbourne (August 12), Adelaide (August 19) and Sydney (August 26).
PBS managing director Matt Williams says the roadshow, which will “cover a wide variety of business building topics in a fun engaging environment”, is also a great opportunity for beauty professionals “to connect with fellow small business owners and therapists”.
He says the company decided to hold its first roadshow in 2013 to take its “education and training to our salons nationwide”.
“Our salons were responding really well to any business and marketing education we offered, so we decided to create a day jam-packed full of information on how to grow their client base, business profits and take advantage of new trends.
“We wanted to visit each state and leave our clients with usable tools and strategies that they could immediately apply to their business.”
He attributes the success of the roadshow to the fact that it gives attendees “the edge” they need to succeed.
“Most salon, spa and clinic owners are excellent therapists, but they lack much of the knowledge required to build and operate a profitable predictable business that works harder for them than they do for it.
“Events like the PBS Roadshow are designed to give them the knowledge and the edge they need to succeed.”
Topics at the roadshow include:
