On August 13 Phyt’s Australia officially launched a new website with improved online training components.
According to Phyt’s, the objective behind these changes was to create a better online experience for therapists and business owners. The new website and online training aims to develop and strengthen the therapist’s knowledge, increase their confidence in retailing home care products and help Phyt’s business partners increase sales and win the next trip to France.
“Our main focus is to help the therapist achieve a higher level of proficiency in Phyt’s professional treatments and recommendation of retail products to customers,” said Paul Massa, managing director of Phyt’s.
The new website offers business owners exclusive access to a restricted area where business tools such as price lists and marketing collateral can be found.
Upon registration, therapists and business owners can access the following:
- Online training videos
- One-on-one training with Phyt’s national trainer
- Monthly newsletters that includes a quiz and Q&A area
“We have been trialing this system for a few months and it is unquestionable that therapists having ongoing access to this information perform at the highest of their abilities – the fact that they can access this area in and outside working hours as well as on their own gives room for 100% flexibility in training facilitation,” Paul said.
All therapists trained by Phyt’s since 2006 are invited to re-register for access to this new online area.
