High-demand makeup brand Curtis Collection launched into the New Zealand market at the end of last year and has since surpassed all expectations – the brand celebrated with a launch party at The Hills spa in Queenstown.
The expansion into New Zealand is a direct response to customer and salon demands – following the success of Curtis Collection in the Australian market, Victoria Curtis of Curtis Collection made her first move as an international makeup brand.
Curtis Collection launched in New Zealand in November 2013 and according to founder Victoria, “the demand for our product range in New Zealand has surpassed all expectation”.
The New Zealand launch of Curtis Collection was held at luxurious day spa The Hills in Queenstown. This resort is owned by the renowned international jeweller Michael Hill. Guests were pampered on the night and treated to a personalised Curtis Collection makeover.
Curtis Collection is now available at 10 stockist locations across the country with that number expected to double in the first half of 2014.
“Unique to the New Zealand market, our brand philosophy is to ‘bring department store chic to beauty salons and spas’ in a collection of luxury products that benefit the skin and complement in-salon treatments,” Victoria said.
“Curtis Collection Cosmetics offers women the opportunity to purchase a range of luxury cosmetics from their skincare professional, someone who is qualified to recommend the best suited product for their skin type or skin concern – this is what sets us apart from other makeup brands.”
