In the month of December, Eminence Organic Skin Care will be searching for a Superstar therapist who will be awarded with a stunning prize.
This is a new initiative from Eminence to recognise and award outstanding achievement in this busy festive season. The December Superstar therapist will be chosen based on their achievement and ability to reach individual or team target.
“December is a unique month in our calender. It’s a 30-day busy, fun and rewarding month for businesses and culminates in the coming together of families for important connection time,” said Tamara Eacott, director of Eminence Australia.
“We know there are superstar therapists amidst our spa partners that go above and beyond and we want to know who they are so we can reward them on behalf of the Eminence team.”
Eminence is encouraging spa partners to discuss and plan for Superstar December. To create both team and individual goals for this busy time of the year. “We want spas to look at their achievements from last year and aim for bigger and better this year – whatever this means to them as a team,” Tamara said.
To enter this program, the spa owner will be required to submit a 100-300 word story in January about their chosen superstar therapist and why they deserve to be rewarded.
The winning December Superstar will be gifted a stunning necklace from fine jewellery company Kailis Pearls – a 13mm Australian South Sea Pearl and black diamonds on a sterling silver chain. The necklace is valued at $550.
