Ella Baché College has announced a new Graduate Certificate course in Intense Pulse Light and Laser Hair Reduction (IPL). Starting this September, this accredited course is for beauty therapists wanting to up their skills in this booming area of technology.
Do you want to up-skill in intense pulsed light and laser technologies? Now you can boost your Diploma and gain new skills in skin rejuvenation and the reduction of unwanted hair on the face and body at the Ella Baché College.
Designed specifically for beauty therapists, this 14 week course will be held at Ella Baché’s North Sydney campus and will combine on-campus, online and in-salon study. The aim? To empower students with the ability to make high level, independent judgement when consulting with clients; design intense pulsed light and laser hair reduction treatment programs; and use appropriate technology safely and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
“For 80 years, Ella Baché has been committed to providing non-invasive treatments to enhance each individual’s skin appearance,” says Jennifer Hayes, Head of Education at Ella Baché College of Skin and Beauty Therapy. “With the introduction of our IPL Graduate Certificate, we are answering a demand for light therapies while ensuring the right education is provided for effective and safe practice in salons.”
Concerned about a lack of regulation in the industry, Ella Baché College is upholding its “skincare without harm” philosophy by helping to educate professionals on this new beauty area and avoid many of the complications that can occur without proper training.
Any qualifications you get at the Ella Baché College is the real deal. It is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and is registered by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA).
Ella Baché College recently invested $2 million in a purpose built Academy in Sydney’s North Sydney with state-of-the-art tools and resources. The campus gives students hands-on experience through real client experience including client bookings, skin diagnosis, retailing, in-store promotions, salon team work and salon management skills. The Ella Baché College also offers students the Stellar Online Learning Program, which give them the flexibility to access their study remotely.
