Earlier this month, Australian salon and clinic partners of German corneotherapy giant dermaviduals gathered at Sydney’s Museum of Contemporary Art Australia (MCA) for the business’ bi-annual awards night.
Hosted by Australian distributor for dermaviduals, Derma Aesthetics, the evening provided a chance for beauty therapists to toast to their hard work and achievements over the last couple of years.
Guests dressed for the occasion’s Gilded Glamour theme, donning sequins and retro-inspired frocks. MCA’s Harbourside Room was styled to match, with stunning gold goblets filled with fresh white florals centering the dining tables. Guests were treated to a three-course dinner, alongside glasses of bubbles and wine.
Between courses, Derma Aesthetics owners Reika Roberts and Simone Vescio led the awards, which also featured speeches by company GM Brittany Vescio and an on-screen cameo by brand ambassador, Natalie Barr.
Several awards were presented on the night, such as Consumers’ Choice Award, Corneotherapist of The Year, and Rising Star. The Clinic of The Year was awarded to Asthetique Skin Care in Victoria.
Throughout the evening, guests were also treated to a fireworks display over Sydney Harbour, a photobooth, and bustling dance floor!
