In October, founder and director of Adelaide-based skin health clinic Elixir Skin Fitness, Rose Bonasera hosted an industry event designed to educate and inspire. This was the fourth event hosted by the business owner.
The event was held at SkyCity Adelaide to an audience of skin enthusiasts eager to learn more about the connection between skin and gut health. The theme of the evening was ‘Generation Prevention’ and focussed on educating attendees on the best approach to healthy ageing, as well as sharing feedback around the importance of self-empowerment. Each guest was served canapes and beverages throughout the evening, and took home a goodie bag.
Rose was joined by industry authorities Fiona Tuck of Vita-sol, and Alice Martin – representative of the French, Biologique Recherche (the luxury brand is officially launching for the first time in South Australia at Elixir Skin Fitness).
Rose’s industry experience dates back 20 years, having attained several qualifications including an Advanced Diploma in Dermal Therapies, Certification in Integrated Health Studies and Anti-Ageing Medicine, as well as an Advanced Diploma in Beauty Therapies. Her unofficial title is ‘personal trainer’ for the skin – a nod to Rose’s 360-degree, holistic approach to skin health.
Elixir Skin Fitness offers a range of services designed to improve the skin, from Laser Genesis to DMK Enzyme Therapy. Rose stocks several brands such as medik8, mesoestetic, Lycogel and Omnilux.
