Lucky VIPs were treated to an unforgettable launch for the Retreatment Botanics Restore Serum last week surrounded by nature and wildlife. Co-founder Trudi Jaye hosted a private dinner at the Wildlife Retreat at Taronga Zoo where guests discovered the brand and its palm oil-free products in the lush surrounds.
Invitees were treated to a private tour of the zoo for some animal spotting before gathering for an informative dinner over cocktails and a bespoke plant-based menu. A stunning highlight was an overnight stay at the five star surrounds complete with a fully stocked bathroom of Retreatment Botanics hero products to enjoy.
Trudi revealed the range was created for the conscious skincare lover. “The Restore Serum was formulated with whole Australian botanicals of Wild Rosella Flower, Kakadu Plum, and Australian Sandalwood Seed. Using molecular extraction and harnessing the benefits of the entire cell-matrix, this serum delivers transformative results with soothing, plumping and rejuvenating effects,” she said.
Trudi told Professional Beauty that Taronga Zoo Wildlife Retreat was a perfect destination for the launch given their work protecting critically endangered species.
“Sydney’s iconic Taronga Wildlife Retreat was the perfect venue for our launch event due to the synergy with our own values. We are one of the first-ever skincare brands to be certified free from palm oil, something we are very passionate about to protect critically endangered rainforests and species including orangutans, Sumatran tigers and Pygmy elephants. It has been our mission to develop a premium, luxury skincare brand that is completely free from palm oil, including the often-hidden derivatives, that provides professional transformative results. Our clean formulas use only high-efficacy botanical extracts, potent Phyto-actives and vitamins to restore instant skin radiance”.
