Advanced Skin Technology Reaches 30 Year Milestone

This July, Advanced Skin Technology (AST) celebrated its 30th anniversary with a lavish gala event in Lorne, VIC.

Held at the Manta Hotel, the event brought together AST teams from across Australia and New Zealand. The intent of the event was to celebrate AST’s three decades of leadership in the skincare industry, and recognise talented AST staff via the distribution of awards.

Over 60 guests attended the celebrations, including Device Technologies’ Managing Director, Heath Priestly, and Director of Marketing and Digital, Michelle Stewart. The theme of the event was ‘Diamonds and Pearls’ to “symbolise the enduring strength and beauty of our journey,” a press release on the event states.

During the evening, winners of the annual AST Awards were announced. “This milestone reflects the unwavering talent and commitment that have been the cornerstone of our success.”

Advanced Skin Technology Award Winners 2024 include:

  • Sarah Connor, Customer Service Manager – Winner of the AST Values Award⁠
  • Erin Ellis, Customer Service Coordinator / Project Lead – Winner of the Business Support Award⁠
  • Gabby Bartolo, Marketing Manager – Winner of the Marketing Excellence Award⁠
  • Tania Bennett, Clinical Educator NZ – Winner of the Education Award for Clinical and Commercial Outcomes⁠
  • Sue Ryley, Account Manager QLD – AST Sales Champion Award⁠
  • Jo Coles, Account Manager VIC – Winner of the New Business Growth Award⁠

“As we celebrate this momentous occasion, we look forward to an even brighter future for AST, continuing to lead the industry with innovation and excellence.”

The gala event formed one part of Advanced Skin Technology’s Conference Connect 2024. The conference focused on three key pillars of the business: sales, education, and marketing. 

AST partners were guided through inspiring talks led by Managing Director, Heather Harrison, General Manager, Stuart Blott, Head of Sales, Rochelle Akhavan, National Education and Communications Lead, Alycia Smith, and Head of Marketing, Leandro De Lima. The conference also featured a guest talk by Cameron Read of Front and Centre Training.
