Earlier this month, Australian distributor Cryomed Aesthetics announced the end of its distribution partnership with CLASSYS.
CLASSYS is a global leading medical aesthetics company distributing devices to over 70 countries. For the last nine years, CLASSYS devices have been distributed in Australia by Cryomed. Some of the company’s best-known devices include Ultraformer III, Ultraformer MPT, Secret RF, and Curas.
On the move, Cyromed General Manager, Krystian Szuba said “While this change will bring an update to our product offering, the incredible Cryomed team and the high level of service you’ve come to expect will stay the same. We’re excited for what’s ahead and look forward to continuing to grow with you in this vibrant industry we all love.”
Simultaneously, ParagonCare announced its take-over of the CLASSYS portfolio in Australia. ParagonCare is a provider of devices, services and consumables to the medical and aesthetics sectors in Australia, New Zealand and Asia. Marketing Manager, Samantha Glasswell sees that ParagonCare is the right distribution partner for CLASSYS due to “our extensive experience in delivering high-quality medical and aesthetic devices across Australia.”
“With over 30 years in the healthcare sector (80+ years in healthcare combined, if you include CH2), ParagonCare has established a reputation for excellence and a deep understanding of the local healthcare industry. We are rapidly growing our aesthetics division with a new brand launch and a steady stream of distribution partners to come.”
Samantha says ParagonCare’s strategic direction “aligns seamlessly” with CLASSYS’ commitment to innovation and quality in aesthetic technologies. “The partnership aims to enhance product access and customer service for Australian clinics and practitioners, ensuring they receive optimal support for CLASSYS devices. ParagonCare is also a proud distribution partner of CLASSYS products in many other key regions around the world and we are excited to bring this expertise to Australia.”
Technologies under ParagonCare’s pre-existing portfolio include a range of aesthetic technologies “designed to meet diverse treatment needs”, Samantha explains. “These encompass dynamic micro-massage (LDM) devices and brand new to Australia our innovative Neauvia injectables and devices with proven results. We are committed to providing comprehensive training, ongoing support, and skilled service to ensure the success of these technologies in clinical settings.”
According to Samantha, CLASSYS device owners can anticipate “a comprehensive support system” from ParagonCare, “including hands-on training, device maintenance, and reliable ongoing service.”
“Our dedicated team of highly trained product experts are committed to assisting customers at every stage, ensuring they maximise the benefits of their CLASSYS devices. Additionally, we offer a broad range of consumable products, such as gloves, sharps bins, blades, gauze, wipes, and masks, to support many clinical operations.”
