The awards were run by Beauty Launchpad, the official publication of Intercoiffure, an association for the most prominent international cosmetologists.
Readers from around the world casted their votes in the beauty awards, and when the results were tallied and finalised, Xtreme Lashes emerged as the winner of both the ‘best eyelash extensions’ and ‘best eyeliner’ categories.
