Nice to meet you. I’m Jess Teas, your new online editor here at professionabeauty.com.au.
To say 2020 was a hard year for our industry is an understatement. But 2021 is looking to be a brighter, better one so far.
Looking back through the site, I’ve noticed just how good the outgoing online editor has been at keeping you updated with the latest information and news to keep your businesses running in such unusual and trying times, and I am here to pick up that thread and continue where she left off.
I hope I can parse the government-ese into digestible articles to keep you updated on regulations, financing opportunities and more. Alongside that I’ll report on up-to-the-minute news on industry trends, business opportunities and info about your industry compatriots – and you! – to make sure we have a thriving community that has all the information needed to succeed and have a good time.
What will the rest of 2021 bring?
We’re hoping to grow and foster our online community and conversations, new video series, fresh content and campaigns and will provide info and tools you can use to prosper in a post-Covid world and beyond.
