Calling all IPL and Laser practitioners, an opportunity for government subsidised training with APAN has been announced with only a limited number of positions available.
The Aesthetics Practitioners Advisory Network (APAN) is currently looking to fill the remaining spots in their IPL/Laser training courses. If you would like to obtain the SIB70110 Vocational Graduate Certificate in IPL/Laser Hair Reduction through a government subsidised training program, then please apply immediately.
“We have successfully enrolled nearly 100 applicants through the National Workforce Development Fund and we have just been informed that there are a short number of positions still available,” said Tina Viney, CEO of APAN.
“66% of the training fees for this course will be subsidised by the government. This is a unique opportunity that may not arise again so we urge the industry to please act quickly and secure their position.”
Currently, APAN has 9 positions available for interested therapists.
Details:
1. Applicants must be qualified beauty therapists Diploma or Cert.IV
2. A deposit would be required of you for $1635.48 the balance will be paid by the government. Training at this level is approximately $5500
3. Training will be conducted (theory via distance leaning – correspondence) and practical training is approximately 5 days which will be conducted in either Melbourne or Sydney at The Fuss College. Times and dates can be negotiated to suit you as most who are studying for this qualification are already working
4. Training dates commence from 15th March in Melbourne, but there are more flexible dates in Sydney
Additionally, APAN will offer a free 12 month Gold Membership – for those who are already members, your membership will be extended for a year.
Graduates of this qualification will also be entitled to a 25% reduction on their insurance premium which APAN has negotiated with their insurers.
