Sydney é Salon’s senior stylist Lisa Muscat has won the Hair Biz Hot Shots Rising Star (Female) Award at the inaugural Hot Shots Awards ceremony in Brisbane on 18th March 2012.

Held as the closing event for the 2012 Hair Biz Forum, the Hot Shots Awards is a new awards event for 2011/2012. It is exclusive for hairdressers aged 30 or under and is presented by Hair Biz and Australian Image magazines. The Hot Shot Awards aim to cast the spotlight on talent, creativity, entrepreneurial spirit and unrivalled passion.
“I was incredibly excited to be a part of the first annual Hair Biz Australia Hot Shots Awards and it’s truly an honour to have won the award. This is such a great competition for young hairdressers and I felt incredibly privileged to be in the company of all of the finalists,” says Lisa Muscat.
In 2011, Lisa won the Schwarzkopf Professional Hair Expo awards for New Creative Force and Best Photographic Collection. She was also a finalist in the AIPP Grand Trophy awards for Best Photographic Collection.
