Professional Beauty spoke with Cryomed General Manager, Krystian Szuba to learn what he had to say on the move:
What places Cryomed in the best position to acquire Lutronic?
“Celebrating 10 years this year means we have experience, we have trust from our existing clinic partners and we have built an agile business – we are growing! Being part of the EBOS Group and in particular, the EBOS MedTech division means we have the backing and support to onboard new businesses and brands with ease – in this case it’s Lutronic.
In the first half of 2023 we launched ART FILLER by FILLMED, Universkin and I’m very proud to introduce Lutronic – powered by Cryomed. We also have a comprehensive team of experts and we will have a number of the experienced Lutronic team join Cryomed.
Our commitment to supporting partners with quality education and training, outstanding marketing resources and second to none business and customer service support is the Cryomed difference that ensures our partners know we are with them every step of the way. We’re looking forward to partnering with Lutronic partners, new and existing.”
What has so far been communicated to existing Lutronic clinic partners on this change-over?
“The previous distributor AC Skin Group communicated their strategic choice to partners. Their focus will be on their core skincare business and they recognised that Cryomed Aesthetics is a (can we say “the”?) specialist medical aesthetics equipment distributor. We can optimally support Lutronic partners – we’re already doing it with our thousands of partners through quality support including sales, education, and service.”
What operational and training changes can exist and future Lutronic clinic partners expect in the next 6-12 months?
“For now, it’s business as usual to ensure our Lutronic partners experience minimal disruption. We want our new partners to know that we’re here to continue to provide quality support that goes beyond the point of purchase.”
What are your short and long-term focuses for the future of the Lutronic brand in Australia?
“Short-term – it’s about getting to know our new partners, ensuring they know we are here to support them. Long-term we want to grow the brand even bigger both here and in New Zealand – stay tuned!”
