OmniDerm recently appointed two business development managers: Shea Goodwin, who looks after Victoria, and Michelle Valori, covering South-East Queensland.
Goodwin is a qualified beauty therapist with extensive experience gained in beauty salons, and at a leading Melbourne medical aesthetic clinic, where she gained experience in IPL, Laser, Radio Frequency and other medical grade treatments.
Goodwin said she decided to join OmniDerm because of her previous experience with OmniDerm products, Dr. Spiller Biocosmetics and Herbal Aktiv Peel.
“After looking at the options available my decision was easy,” Goodwin said. “The products and treatments compare favourably with anything I have seen. We have a close knit, supportive and passionate team. Our training and commitment to customer service is outstanding. Our products are supported with a coordinated and extensive advertising campaign. The fact that OmniDerm products are not available for sale on the internet is proof of our commitment to our skincare clinics and ensures that their retail turnover is protected.”
Goodwin is responsible for OmniDerm’s clients in the greater Melbourne area and can be reached on mobile: 0413 172 172.
Michelle Valori is servicing existing OmniDerm accounts as well as sourcing new outlets for Dr. Spiller Biocosmetics and Herbal Aktiv Peel.
Paul Fister, Managing Director, OmniDerm, said: “Michelle is the perfect fit for us in this position. She is a trained beauty therapist and holds a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment. She has [successfully] run her own beauty salon for over ten years. We place great emphasis on customer support and training. Michelle’s experience, gained over years in a close working relationship with Faye Murray, the highly respected [business coach], will be very valuable to us and to our clients.
“Our staff, and in particular our customer service and training people, have to be able to support, coach and inspire our clients. We are fortunate that we have been able to attract some outstanding industry leaders. Michelle will continue in our tradition and add to our pool of talent and know-how,” Fister said.
Valori will be looking after the area bordered by Noosa in the North and Tweed Heads in the South. She can be reached on 0406 997 626.
