ACMUSE and SFX artist Brian Sipe will be offering three exclusive SFX short courses this September.
To be held in Sydney and Melbourne, each class will cover a specific area of makeup and SFX ranging from ageing to zombies and as a first time exclusive – how to create the iconic Mystique character from the X-Men film series. Brian was the pioneer behind Jennifer Lawrence’s character in the latest X-Men film.
The ‘Zombies, Blood & Guts’ and ‘Ageing’ workshops are both creative lessons spread over two days. Brian will reveal how to create the subject matter at hand using the latest products and tools. Students will get the chance to play around with Brian’s own range of Got Flesh 3D prosthetic transfers and the Paasche H Airbrush Set.
A show-and-tell master class ‘Creating Mystique’ will be the third class where Brian will share the creative process leading up to the finished look of Mystique. He will demonstrate how to recreate the character from shoulder upwards.
All attendees will receive a 20% discount redeemable in-store at Scotty’s Makeup & Beauty.
