Swiss spa brand, Beaubelle, will launch in Australia in early February 2009, through the sole and exclusive distributor, Balla Spa & Beauty Supplies.
The brand of face and body spa care products and therapies entered the world market in 1995 after years of extensive research from the laboratories of Advanced Dermocosmetic Research Centre in Switzerland and aims to be a pampering and solution-oriented product line. It is currently available in 19 countries around the world.
Managing Director of Balla Spa & Beauty Supplies, Alla Baidin, said she was approached twice by Beaubelle to distribute the brand in Australia, but that she initially declined because she was concentrating on beauty equipment distribution. However, after trying the products at some spas in Kuala Lumpur, and seeing results in a little over a month, Mrs Baidin changed her mind.
“I haven’t come across other ranges that give a gentle but good result in a short space of time,” she said. “And the research behind the products is incredible.”
Mrs Baidin said Beaubelle has a holistic approach and aims to treat the causes of certain skin problems and educate the consumer to improve their wellbeing and lifestyle.
Mrs Baidin believes Beaubelle will be well received in the Australian market because it is well presented and it also aims educate both the therapist and the consumer. “When the product is launched, salons and spas will be thoroughly trained before they can use it on clients,” Mrs Baidin said.
The range consists of face and body products, along with two herbal teas; one to promote relaxation, and another to boost energy and aid metabolism.
