Salon guru Nella Todaro has opened Trumps Alto Ego Spa in The Rocks, Sydney.
To celebrate the launch, Nella and her team hosted a chic cocktail party on the 16th November which was attended by eighty guests.
Trumps Alto Ego Spa occupies the ground floor of a heritage listed building and the decor cleverly combines original features such as exposed brick walls and beamed ceilings.
The spa also features a Moroccan theme created with luxe tiles, Swarovski crystal chandeliers, gold leaf walls, mosaic tiled chairs and padded gold fabric ottomans.
The spa and salon has a relaxation room, hydrotherapy room, six treatment rooms, a room designed to accommodate up to four clients for group bookings.
Close to the CBD and yet a world away, the spa boasts state of the art equipment and an atmosphere of a luxury escape from the daily grind.
Services offered include face and body therapies, full hairdressing services, waxing, makeup, spray tans, eyelash extensions, cosmetic tattooing and a doctor specialising in cosmetic fillers is also available on request.
The premises were officially opened by Sydney City Councillor, Phillip Black, who told guests about the council’s desire to maintain heritage buildings but to invigorate them with commercial and residential usage.
He also felt like he had returned to his engineering roots as, by sheer co-incidence, he had actually spent part of his career in this building.
Councillor Black also congratulated Nella on her latest awards – Best and Most Outstanding Hair Salon in the City of Sydney and her nomination as a Finalist in the Global Industry Awards in both Hollywood and Barcelona.
Guest enjoyed an abundance of canapés and drinks, and the evening finished with delicious mini cup cakes. Each guest left with a gorgeous gift bag filled with Payot Paris products which are stocked at the spa.
