Christmas lucky dip
Festively decorate a glass platter, bowl or box and fill with cards (that can fit in a purse or wallet) with an array of bonus treatments or products (such as eyebrow shaping, lash tinting, take-home skincare product or even use your LED machine for special treatment upgrades!).
When a client rebooks the same day as their appointment, they can pick a free treatment from the Christmas lucky dip! The aim is to encourage them to make a rebooking appointment on the spot, and you can also book in their additional free treatment at the same time.
Celebrate with your clients!
Boost customer loyalty and build client relationships in the best possible way – by throwing a party! Put together a list of VIP and potential clients (by offering a plus one) and send out exclusive invites for your party. Host the event in your salon and make it fun and interactive by offering drinks and canapés, free mini-treatments and hand out Christmas cards with exclusive special offers for partygoers to redeem during January and February. This is also a great opportunity to network and take your clients through your treatment offerings and even show some demos on new and exciting skin care machines!
