While 2020 has certainly been a challenging year filled with intense uncertainty, it also provided an opportunity for businesses to adapt, assess and learn.
For Advanced Cosmeceuticals, it was an opportunity to develop alternate ways to support partnering clinics remotely by providing comprehensive webinar training programs with access to International Trainers.
“While the industry was forced to close, it was wonderful to see our partnering clinics really embrace this time to further themselves and their clinics. They relished the opportunity to access the educational tools we were providing for training and retraining allowing them to acquire specialist knowledge and in some cases, reassess the direction of their business,” said Catherine Biedermann, Managing Director, Advanced Cosmeceuticals.
One such comprehensive webinar training program was provided by mesoestetic pharma group. This global initiative allowed mesoestetic clinics from around to the world to have access to mesoestetic pharma group’s incredible International Trainers Oksana Shadrina and Cristina Casaldáliga, and Medical Director, Dr. Fernando Galcerán during the series of webinars.
Clinics were able to train in signature mesoestetic treatments with interactive sessions providing the perfect interface to ask questions, gain new knowledge and expand on their offering of treatments and home care products.
Maria Salem, Dermal Therapist, Skin Studio by MS, participated in many of the mesoestetic webinars. “It was a great way to interact with others through this difficult time. It helped me gain further knowledge and education from the head trainers and I was also able to ask questions throughout. Being able to download the webinar and play back at a later time was also very helpful. These webinars were a great way for us to connect with the industry while in lockdown,” she said.
The webinar program covered such topics as:
The importance of a correct facial diagnosis
Taking into account skin type and condition, degree of skin ageing, as well as other relevant factors.
Mesoprotech, cutting edge sun protection for all skin types
mesoestetic’s complete, next-generation anti-ageing sun protection range, mesoprotech.
