Elleebana cares about the students who come to our educators to learn about our products and our skilfully advanced techniques.  The eye area is one that deserves so much respect, a client’s eyesight is to be treated with care and caution.  This can be daunting to a student.  We work with chemicals and tools, so precision is required.  Having a caring and nurturing environment to learn these techniques in helps students to build confidence and develop their competence.

Elleebana truly cares about the salons using our products.  So, when we run our symposiums, we have the opportunity to share what new evolutions, innovations and product developments are being seen in the lash market.  We discuss ways to fine tune the services salons offer and critical points for advancements.

Elleebana also cares for the wellbeing and mental health of our teams and know that being with other likeminded, inspiring individuals or mentors, our team is given a space to excel, flourish and grow.  Something we have truly needed after the last years of lockdowns and limited contact or physical friendship.
